Unirovia International Education and Travel Services Limited is a Somali company providing international education consultancy, student application support, and related coordination services. Our work is focused on helping students manage the practical requirements of studying abroad, from the first assessment of their options through application, documentation, visa preparation, and travel coordination.
About the company
Unirovia was established to provide students with a more organized way to manage international university applications and the work that surrounds them. Applying to study abroad often involves several separate processes: selecting a suitable program, checking admission requirements, preparing academic records, submitting applications, responding to university requests, preparing visa documentation, and arranging the practical steps required before travel. We coordinate these stages as one managed service, with defined responsibilities for both the student and our team.
Who we work with
Our principal clients are Somali students pursuing higher education abroad. We work with secondary-school graduates preparing for undergraduate study, university graduates considering postgraduate programs, and students who have already secured admission but require support with documentation, visa preparation, or travel arrangements. Türkiye is currently our primary study destination, allowing our team to maintain a focused service rather than offering general advice across markets we do not actively cover.
What we handle
Our work begins by reviewing the student's academic position, intended level of study, preferred field, available documents, budget, and timing. From there, the scope of support depends on the student's case and the service selected. It may include program and university research, document preparation, application support, case monitoring, translation coordination, visa-document preparation, authorized payment coordination, and arrangements connected with the student's travel. Where a matter must be completed directly by the student or decided by another institution, that responsibility is identified clearly.
How we work
We treat each application as an individual case rather than a standard transaction. Requirements differ between students, universities, programs, and application periods. Before work progresses, the student should understand what is required, which documents are outstanding, what Unirovia will handle, what remains the student's responsibility, and which decisions belong to third parties. During an active case, our role is to keep the process organized and communicate the next required action as the case develops.
Our responsibility
Unirovia is responsible for the professional delivery of the services agreed with the student. Admission decisions remain with universities, while visa and immigration decisions remain with the relevant public authorities. We do not guarantee either outcome. We also do not issue university admission documents, visas, government documents, or other records that can only be issued by the responsible institution. This distinction is important to the way we operate and to the expectations we establish with every client.
Independent status
Unirovia operates independently. We are not a university, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government agency. A university or institutional relationship is only represented as a partnership where an actual agreement or authorization exists. Where no such relationship exists, we act solely as the student's independent consultancy and application-support provider.
Company and leadership
Unirovia International Education and Travel Services Limited is registered in Somalia and is managed by its founder, Hussein Hassan Hussein. The company is being developed as a specialized international education service with defined procedures for student assessment, applications, documentation, case management, communication, and related support.
The standard we work to
Students are making decisions that involve significant time, money, and personal planning. Our standard is therefore straightforward: provide accurate information, define the service before taking on a case, maintain proper records, handle student documents responsibly, communicate material developments, and avoid promises about outcomes that are outside our control. Where we cannot provide a service or do not have sufficient information to advise responsibly, we should say so.
