These terms govern access to Unirovia's website, account portal, eligibility tools, blog and online services. By using them, a user agrees to these terms and any separate signed service agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that purchased service.
Information, not a guarantee
Website content is general educational information. University rules, fees, deadlines, immigration requirements and third-party availability can change. Users must verify time-sensitive requirements before acting.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate, current information and protect login credentials. Users must not impersonate another person, upload unlawful or malicious material, interfere with security, scrape protected information, or use the service for fraud. Unirovia may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users, or comply with law.
Intellectual property
Unirovia owns or licenses its website text, design, branding and original materials. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Republishing, resale or misleading use requires written permission.
Third-party services and links
Universities, embassies, visa centres, airlines, insurers, payment providers and hosting services operate independently. Their terms and decisions apply to their services. A link or referral does not transfer their obligations to Unirovia.
Liability and availability
Unirovia will exercise reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted access or error-free public information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users remain responsible for truthful submissions, deadlines, official fees and final decisions made by third parties.
Governing law and contact
