Marketing Communication Notice
Promotional communication is optional and separate from transactional or case-related messages.
Service messages
Verification, reset, security, package, case and document messages are transactional communications used to provide or protect the requested service.
Optional promotions
Marketing consent is unchecked by default and records its text version, source and timestamp. Service use never requires opting in.
Confirmation and unsubscribe
Newsletter status remains pending until confirmation. Unsubscribe stops promotions without disabling the account or service messages.
Evidence
Minimal consent and withdrawal evidence may be retained under the approved retention policy.
Questions and complaints
The Contact page may be used for marketing questions or complaints. Campaigns must not begin until the responsible contact and applicable requirements are approved in production configuration.
